By connecting Zoho to SmartEcho's cloud telephony, you bring calls directly into your CRM context. For incoming and outgoing calls, pop-ups show the right contact information. Calls are logged automatically and users can dial from Zoho with one click. This keeps your CRM better updated and helps your team work faster.

Installation

Request the Zoho integration through your account manager.
In Zoho, install the Cloud Communications bridge via Setup > Channels > Telephony.
Activate the integration and link the Zoho user to your devices.
